About Us

Amir (John) Iravani arrived in Los Angeles as a sixteen-year-old boy on June 20th of 1984 unable to speak a word of English. By the end of John's term in high school, he was fluent in the language, excelling in all of his studies. He then enrolled and graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science Degree

From the birth of John Iravani's NK Towing Company growth has been steady and continuous. The company has become one of the top San Diego California Auto Club (AAA) contract auto servicing companies, recently receiving an AAA award for consistent customer service and an unprecedented commendation from the towing services with no customer complaints.

NK Towing now serves the North County cities of Escondido, San Marcos, Vista and Oceanside and over 3,000 AAA members as a California Highway Patrol (CHP), Escondido Police Department (EPD), and AAA approved Towing contractor. John Iravani attributes his success to his determination and a rigorously strong work ethic. Behind John's desk and posted on the wall, is a plaque with the words "When hard work meets opportunity, you get lucky" that says it all.

NK Towing has been a Southern California Auto Club Contractor (AAA) since June of 2006, currently employing over 45 office, customer service and tow operators, equipped with over 30 tow-trucks and service units in the North County cities of Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos Escondido and Camp Pendleton with 24-hour, seven day a week coverage.

California has been the home of NK Towing from the start in 2004; our former locations are: Northridge, CA. (7/2004-10/2005), Tustin, CA.(10/2005-6/2006), and Oceanside, CA. (6/2006--4/2008). We have stayed in the greater North County of San Diego area since 2006 and have been eager to grow in our sunny town we now call home.

To keep the safety of our customers and customer's property our #1 priority ALL of our drivers take multiple classes to stay currently certified in different categories every 2 years. Some classes and certifications include: Battery Testing and Installation, Lockout and Rollover Safety, and Highway Heroes Programs.

All NK Towing Employees are also run through an extensive back ground check and drug testing before hire.

NK Towing is a member of the Escondido and San Marcos Chambers of Commerce, an active supporter/contributor to the MADD organization, Escondido Children's Discovery Museum and other local foundations.

NK Towing and Mr. Iravani have received numerous awards and accolades from law enforcement and Triple-A for business management, customer service and prompt response times to customers and clients.
